They Did It: ACE’s 2025 Graduates Are Back to Work!
Between May 2024 and March 2025, more than 50 ACE participants completed our program and secured full-time, permanent jobs across New York City. They stepped into roles in custodial maintenance, commercial driving, safety guard, sanitation, customer service, and more—many with room to grow and build careers.
Some earned certifications. Others returned to the workforce after years away. All of them showed up, stuck with it, and changed the course of their lives.
As Anne, a 2025 graduate, shared:
“ACE gave me the help I needed. I did the work, and now I have a job I am proud of and a plan for what comes next.”
